May be a good way to drive trafic to your listings

Don't know if this is the right place to put this up but it may help put eBid on the map if its genuine.

I have received a email this morning of a company called SocialWebshop,

They basically wanted to know if I wanted to set-up a Facebook store but synchronized with my eBay shop, i started filling there form in but lost connection.

About a hour later i had a phone call from them and he explained about what they do, you get a store on Facebook with ALL your items uploaded from eBay and are also updated in real time, when some one wants to buy something they click and get sent to you item.

After he lost his breath ( lol ) i broke the news i was leaving eBay and moving ALL my items to eBid, i explained thousands are leaving ebay and moving to other selling platforms and the main on being eBid, i also explained that if this is genuine there could be reall potential for him as well as us here on eBid.

I asked him if they can do it with eBid and at the moment its not available, i explained that there may be hundreds if not thousands willing to have a go, after me convincing him that i was leaving eBay and going to eBid he said he was going to have a chat with his technical team and see if this can be done. there is a cost for this though £15.99 a month but i was paying this over there and more.

Any thoughts would be great

I did but apparently they work closely with Facebook, there is a link that Anniemcc2 has put up, i didn't know whether this was allowed

just got this with the link.-

"There is a problem with this website’s security certificate"

not only that, I have set up a account and in my settings on there site, it is saying the same thing.

questions now, are they who they say they are ??

Did you read the faq's first? One says something like: "My ebay name has changed! What do I do now?" It then goes on to explain how to get ebay to accept your "new" name.

If it is ok, it sounds a little hamfisted to put it mildly!

As the company in question has been around for only 8 months I'd expect the security certificate to be live.
