In UK law such actions are a criminal offence.

Could the eBid management please do something regarding the establishment of Forum rules to prevent eBid from being brought into disrepute by such postings and to ensure that postings to the Forum show basic politeness and respect to all nationalities.

Any problems with illegal immegration could easily be solved by any government with the will to do it.
Legal immigrants merely use the services they are allowed to use, and if any government didn't like it, they could change it overnight.

We are a very rich country (by world standards) and our problems ( health care, benefits, drug availability, etc) are not caused by lack of funds or an excess of people: They are caused by bad prioritisation of money, and too many unproductive snouts in the trough.

The floods in Somerset are a good example - they could have been prevented/mitigated by spending a fraction of what it will cost to clear up.
But the priority was bird-life, insect habitats, and quangoocrats living high on the hog.

Generally I am in agreement with this part of your statement,

But prioritisation of any limited resouces is a mine field.

And the unproductive snouts in the trough are made up of people from all walks of life.

I suppose these are really moral questions for the whole of our society excluding politicians,
