    I can't see how it could go against you as you requested an invoice & he didn't send you one? If this is so then I would get in touch with Support & explain to them what has happened.

    No it doesn't go against you - they just cancelled the sale and just put in the comments 'non payment'. That is different from from going through the NPB (non paying buyer) procedure - if they had done that then you would have either got invoices or payment reminders before they would have been able to mark you as a NPB.

    Thought an email was included in eBid's invoice for seller and buyer, for every sale. Even if included though, can not make someone respond.

    They are, but there is no guarantee that the e-mail is monitored by the seller.

    Thanks for letting me know - I sent a note to Support - no doubt they will say not to worry about it. Definitely received no invoice from the seller or payment requests. Did get the normal invoice but this is generated and not from the seller. Cheers Willo.

    Thank you for your email.

    The NPB will not show on your account.
