Seller has left me retaliatory feedback- not justified !

I have bought twice from a seller. I paid immediately both times on buy it now. The first order was not dispatched immediately after 3 days of placing my order and no response ,the seller said they were away and would send immediately...the item still had not arrived ,so I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement and as I received it quickly,I left positive feedback.
As I liked the product, I ordered again 2 items this time, paid, and was immediately left positive feedback and the item was marked as dispatched. When I hadn't received it over a week later, I did an item not received and the seller contacted me to ask me to wait for another couple of days...I then received my item on the 14th day with a 1st class stamp attached. I left neutral feedback explaining that although I liked the product, the delivery was very slow again. I log in today to find that the seller has now changed her positive to a neutral with a comment blaming royal mail for postage times !! Surely I don't deserve this retaliatory feedback which has now ruined my 100% rating...I have done nothing wrong as a buyer and that positive should still stand. I did not leave a negative but a neutral as I felt that after the first occasion, the same thing should not really have occured for a second time. Can I get this spiteful feedback removed? Maybe if you contact support and explain they will take it off for you like they did for me.
You have done nothing wrong and have given very honest feedback.

Why does a Neutral feedback affect your feedback score in any way? It's in the name - Neutral. Not positive, not negative. So it should have zero effect on the feedback rating.

That said, I don't think the feedback given warrants removal.

It's irrelevant. I made immediate payment- she left positive feedback.She then changed it to neutral out of spite. What if I had left her a negative- should she then be allowed to leave me a negative? The fact remains I bought 3 items from her and made immediate payment and was patient while she provided poor service. It is fairly obvious that on both occasions the items were never sent but I tried to be fair with her feedback and now she has done this !

You could say that the sellers feedback is now an honest reflection of their amended opinion as a result of changed circumstances.

I contacted support with all the information and listing number an they told me to blackball them so they could not do it again.

I must admit mine was a negative from a NPB so the rules may be different.
But it is worth a try, as I still think it is unfair.

You can always contact support: support@ebid.net with the relevant info.; they may be able to remove the offending fb for you.

That's what I thought but looking at lovevintage43s feedback she has 98% Positive = 40 Positive, 2% Neutral = 1 Neutral and 0% Negative = 0 Negative, so it seems neutral feedback can affect the percentage after all

That's what I meant; I don't think it should. Neutral is a non-event.
