I have bought twice from a seller. I paid immediately both times on buy it now. The first order was not dispatched immediately after 3 days of placing my order and no response ,the seller said they were away and would send immediately...the item still had not arrived ,so I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement and as I received it quickly,I left positive feedback.
As I liked the product, I ordered again 2 items this time, paid, and was immediately left positive feedback and the item was marked as dispatched. When I hadn't received it over a week later, I did an item not received and the seller contacted me to ask me to wait for another couple of days...I then received my item on the 14th day with a 1st class stamp attached. I left neutral feedback explaining that although I liked the product, the delivery was very slow again. I log in today to find that the seller has now changed her positive to a neutral with a comment blaming royal mail for postage times !! Surely I don't deserve this retaliatory feedback which has now ruined my 100% rating...I have done nothing wrong as a buyer and that positive should still stand. I did not leave a negative but a neutral as I felt that after the first occasion, the same thing should not really have occured for a second time. Can I get this spiteful feedback removed?
