Yes sorry - I can be very cryptic at times.

What I meant was, that there are plenty of very young & rich junior geniuses out there (especially in the IT industry) whose age never stopped them from creating & running successful businesses.
Wasn't Bill Gates very young when he started?
Our "friend" may be one of those, but we'll never know.
I understand the point of law though, & the fact that the site operators have to draw a line somewhere.
