We are a separate company to Google, please contact Google directly regarding any difficulties.

Sending another email to support outlining it is Ebid's link I cannot get into google through.
Absolutely right! The information in eBid's Help page appears to be outdated & should be updated.

Clearly folk should not be steered towards the exemption process if it is no longer applicable - this sends folk going round in needless circles & getting frustrated.

The eBid Help pages are eBid responsibility - not Google's.

Do please let us know your outcome.

This is a snippet from Google. I have some new conditions as well as anyone who wants their products showing up on Google Shopping.

"In order for your products to appear on Google Shopping, you will need to create Product Listing Ads campaigns. Your products must be submitted in accordance with our feed specifications and must be in compliance with the Google Shopping policies."

At first in the beginning it started here in the states and now the policy seems to be in some of your territories now.

Heard back from support. This time: reply was better

    Thank you for your email.

We are currently in the process of changing how the exemption works. This should be completed in the next few days. Please keep an eye on the forums and Help pages for more information.

Alas! Over at eCRATER they announced that Google No Longer exempted stores. Not sure how that affects anything here on eBid, but I thought y'all might want to know. By the way, eCRATER had pretty much bent over backwards to accommodate Google's ever changing demands, but it seems all for naught.
