Thread: The Forum Lurker

  1. #1

    Question The Forum Lurker

I was just thinking that maybe Forum Lurker should be renamed. I myself hold this title. It sounds like a predator waiting in the darkness to pounce on an unsuspecting original poster. "Oh runaway, runaway! It's the forum Lurkerrrrrrrrrs! They're always lurking around.

Am I asking for a little too much?

    Have a great day!

I have to say, I did enjoy my lurking days when I started here - made a lot of oopsies, bungles, naffs, gaffs and "say what?s" with seasoned members "patting me on the head" assuring me I'll get better as I get 'older' here. Once I became a diehard, there were no excuses any more, I had to know what the heck I was talking about. Of course, being a saint is darn hard to keep up with

lurker to me sounds like someone who you'd stumble across hanging around public Toilets in the Dark.

I don't want to know what kind of people hang around public toilets after dark....I avoid them during daylight hours
