Can't start a second auction

Hi all

I am new to eBid after being a user of eBay for some time

Everything with the website seems good and I hope I enjoy the experience here :-)

I have successfully listed one auction (laptop) but when I try to list a second auction for a mobile, I hit the green 'Start Auction' button and I get an error 'your account is no longer active'

There has been like 30 min - 1 hour between posting my first and second auction and I havent logged out, so not sure what the problem is

Can anyone help me please?

You joined today and are trying to sell 2 expensive items which has triggered the eBid verification procedure. You should have received some notice about sending eBid some documentation about yourself to prove who you are. Once you have done this to verify who you are, you will be clear to sell.

This happens to all newcomers who try to sell expensive items for the first time on eBid. It is a safety precaution to protect eBid members, both buyers and sellers alike.
