HI, I am one of the 'sandwich' generation - between elderly parents, disabled brother and children with children! I live in rural Herefordshire, still doing a couple of part-time jobs and all the other things that come with running a house and garden! I live with my husband, dog, and cat. I like to look for bargains online but also support my local independent shops and garage - it saves on diesel!

I've heard of it. Not sure I fit in it anymore, as my parents are gone, but maybe I don't fit because all the lettuce has fallen off the bread!
