Sorry to hear you had this experience. I usually give buyers 7 days to pay after sending invoice, though each seller is different in this respect. It's good to state your terms on your About Me page and/or within your listings so buyers understand upfront what your expectations are.
If no payment/response after a reasonable time period, (you might want to contact the buyers via e mail as well as through the AAL as some users aren't as active on site as others, especially new users), you can contact support: support@ebid.net for a refund of your FVF.
