You can wish your life away if you like, but for me it is still autumn. And, as there are still leaves on the trees, even that is not properly underway yet.

The leaves are falling like mad onto our lawn. So it is autumn and winter is on the way (but not here yet)

Still some flowers blooming here, and some idiots.

I'm all for wearing more in the winter and keeping the heat turned low ( I have two shirts and a sweater and jeans on now). But I'm going to be keeping the heater on more this winter. No more being stoic and green - last winter got chillblains on my toes (first time ever, and it had to be from all the times my feet were freeaing and I'd put them on the microwaved heating pad to try and warm them up. Not fun).
    Ta-Ta for now!

My bike hasn't been banished to the back of the garage yet, so it must still be autumn

    LOL! That's the spirit.

70 here today, so no autumn for a while yet. Too bad as I miss the colored leaves and the crisp air, autumn is my favorite season.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

And I've still got some runner beans growing, though they're not running so much as staggering now...

British Gas hiking their gas prices won't affect us - no gas out here in the country. Fixed my electric prices earlier this year, but a few hundred pounds in credit anyway. No heating here other than a couple of convector heaters and we only heat the rooms we use, when we're in them, so our bills aren't massive anyway. I actually don't miss having central heating. The human race has managed for millenia without it.

    Haha! Nice one, Fleetmark!

I've had my heating on more over the last week or so than in the last couple of months. It's also been raining non-stop today but the leaves are still on the trees.
