Ooh looooove my drinky poo!![]()
No, Mom didn't feel up to going, though she did manage to get up and out to breakfast this morning. Walking is a challenge, it never used to be but since her illness she hasn't moved much, so moving is hard. Still she's managing pretty well with a cane, which is better than in past weeks when she had to be wheeled everywhere in a wheelchair, (I never was any good at pushing those, always a half inch away from crashing into something).
I looooove gospel music, too, definitely bring the hankies Sal, wish I'd had a few this morning. The local high school choir was pretty good, too, they sang several gospel songs, very moving, as well as other patriotic tunes.
Cheers,
Thanks for the cocktail Sal, very refreshing.
Aw, Al - you guys are always welcome, you know that.
Maybe we thought that you were busy with 'hitting the spot' - 'tis weekend after all, not that that's anything to go by.
Oh, look see - I'm ranting and raving - time I hit the sack.
Very late night/morning last night and I'm bog eyed tired now.
I wish you all a pleasant night and will see you for drinks and good music (and hopefully some nice photos too) tomorrow.
Good Night y'all xxx
Reincarnation is just another repeat
Good morning and Happy Sunday to all!

Thanks Spyder, will definitely pass this on, you are an inspiration for sure.Mom doesn't like to move too much, but fortunately my Dad is very active, so he gets her going. They went to breakfast again this morning, a double plus as she gets a good meal and some exercise.
Thanks Sal, it's good to see her up and around, though it sometimes upsets me when I remember how she was a year ago before the c diff, still things are moving in the right direction so can't complain too much.
Happy Sunday everyone!
Cheers,
Happy Sunday from me as well!
Great to hear the news about your mom Sues, and Spyder - well done to you too, slinging out the buggy.
Sal - how on earth did you know I wear purtie pink jammies and talk dirty in Spanish?
I LOVED that tune - thanks for finding it!![]()
