Product arrives damaged what do I do when no response from seller?

I ordered some ink cartridges and a couple obviously broke before it was put into the final packaging, the ink was all over the inside of the box, but none on the inside of the shipping package. It was black ink and it got all over the other 12 cartridges, so they are worthless. I've tried to contact the seller but no response. Is the only way to contact that seller is through the auction that I won??? Thats hokey! I need to reach this seller and get a response, what do i do?

You should have the seller's email account - contact them that way.

I received it on Thursday or riday 8/23 or 24, sent the seller a notice right away

Yeah, Sunday I went through paypay that address was customerservice.ezink@gmail.com and haven't heard a peep from that email either. My next stop will be to file a complaint with PayPal and proceed on those lines. Thanks

Do a google search for the second email you quoted.You'll find one of the results is to their amazon listings.They have a telephone number listed.

If you look at the bottom of your winning auction listing page, it should show an email - sometimes it can be different than the Paypal one. I get that quite a lot with my sales.

If it is different, try that one first before proceeding.
