Were the Tarot readings any good, h1r3z?
I have to admit I'm intrigued.
My mother had a Tarot card set given to her as a pressie, many years ago, but she was rather hopeless, and didn't know how to read the cards properly. I think a lot of studying goes into reading the cards accurately.

If people are still believing in spells and prayers then the human race has not moved on much in the last couple of thousand years. And even worse if they actually pay for them, a fool and his/her money maybe.

Me, too. And I kinda believe that we should be responsible for our OWN actions. So spells and prayers are anathema to me.

Somer will never do a reading for me , anyway I have had readings which have been intersting & very acurite.

Also had an intersting event which really stems from tarot readings, I did have a reading with a meduim who new nothing about me (this was about a year ago the reading ) & what she said was right & have seen her at events though no more readings & Know her to say hello to, but as always make sure let nothing to be said to ever give any clues, she Knows very little apart from N is my partner, anyway we went into a shop on the Saturday in Glastonbury, where she was looking at a book, & she said hello & then out of the blue she said to me your mum is with you here, ( the interesting thing is for several days had said to Nigel I feel somebody is around) Have felt before someone around but never new who.

I used to do them by mail because that was what people wanted...some kind of comfort.

I thought it a kindness not to tell them that I wasn't always able to get the readings organised so ended up making up the tarot report

the best advice I have ever had about readin tarot cards is look at the cards and trust your intuition... and throw away the book

Tarot readings might have been OK if there were a tangible product at the end of it - e.g. a properly printed 'certificate' (for want of a better word) of the reading.

Though, according to Somers, eBid don't even allow that - though it would be within the written rules.

Somers, you are so right, but you have to know the meaning of the cards firstly, and also how they are crossed.
Intuition does come into it very much so.
