Can we have a Techy Forum please?

Someone just posted that we might be able to use a technical section in the forum for anyone who wants to talk techy stuff and anyone else who wants their technical issues explained.

I think that would be a great idea as I am up for learning a new and possibly practical language

I think it would be a nice thing to have. Not sure I'd have very much to contribute, but I might learn a thing or two.

What's wrong with the forum for Computer Software? I'm sure this could be stretched to include languages. Though I'd recommend the PC advisor forum. I've found it a great place to get techy advice in the past.

There is the HTML group - but I don't like going in there because of all the cobwebs and spiders.

I feel 'special interest' groups are better served on dedicated sites, rather than on a site such as eBid.

Not a techy here but like this idea, as it could be quite helpful to those of us with tech issues.
