Listings Disappearing!

my listings are also disappearing the re auto relist is changing from 1/10 to 10/10 overnight and i do not know why.

Did they show up on your Unsold Items page? If so, you have a different problem. They're not disappearing, just getting changed.

If they did disppear, will you list the eBid ID numbers here? Also save the email from the last time you posted them. Based on the communmications I received from support last year, both the ID number and the original email are mandatory for any investigation.

Now it's my turn - 7 listings for children's books have disappeared somwhere along the line from my Charity store. Only realised today when updating p&p rates.

Luckily still in Ninja, so updated and relisted

Will you post the original ID numbers here, please? I think we have to pack as much information as possible into this thread to have any hope that support will ever investigate and fix the problem. Also, if you still have them, save the original emails from eBid when they were listed. They have asked me for those too.

Can't do that, sorry, as I didn't realise they'd gone until today - and they weren't in my 'Unsold' folder

I don't have the email notfications of when I list - just that the Ninja upload has been successful with no other details.

As I start to remove items no longer worth the effort of parcelling at the new postage rates, I've found another AWOL listing. Sadly, I can't find the item number but EVERY day I relist everything in the unsold folder so it was Never there!!!

I just found a few of my missing listings.

They were Dutch with both a bid and buy price.

When one is bought with the bid price, the remainder never go to unsold or get reposted.

Multiple quantity listings with only a buynow price would repost. Although it is a problem that the buynow ones do not go to unsold if one was bought.

Perhaps removing the duplicate 'sold items' on the left side and putting unsold remainders in the unsold column would cut down on some listings losses.
