    Default Looking for.....

I really don't know what you'd call what I'm looking for...but here goes. I need a dispenser of sorts that I can load with liquid detergent. The containers are so huge and heavy I have come close to dumping the contents all over the place at times. Being almost 70, bad arthritis in the hands, you can imagine what it's like trying to tackle these monsters. Is there some kind of gizmo that the jug can be put into and then I can turn a spigot of some kind to get the amount I need.....make sense?? What would I call the dang thing??? Anyone???

When my Handwash Dispenser is empty I refill it with different things: eg detergent, lemon cleaner, hair shampoo, hair conditioner - all items which I buy in bulk but are in too big containers as you say for every day use.
The Handwash Dispensers I use all have the nozzle at the top that you press down easy for just the right amount you need.

You can pick up this sort of thing (5 gallon water container with spigot) from most camping or outdoor shops. They are intended for water, but I can't see why you couldn't use them for other non-corrosive fluids.

Would have to hold almost 2 gallons...it's liquid laundry detergent in those gigantic jugs...

LOL And just in case you don't want a 5 gallon container sitting on the counter---there are one gallon dispensers that only fit a gallon jar. You can get them at a restaurant supply store. You might even be able to get them online. You might have to supply your own jar.
