If it is not explicitly banned at: http://uk.ebid.net/help_selling.php#29 then your best bet is to ask admin direct for a Yes/No.
How are these codes to be delivered? I'm not sure, but wouldn't this be an intangible? Are intangibles permitted?

strange, I must say that I ahve never had a problem with ebid support, they have always been great with me.did you check spam / bulk folders as sometimes emails end up in those?
to the OP, the codes would need to be delivered by post, something tangible. If you can do that, I wouldnt imagine that there would be a problem.
david - did you check your spam box? Did you contact support by clicking the help button at the top right of any page, then opening a support ticket?? You should get an automated reply from them at first acknowledging your query, then a real-person response shortly (or reasonably timed) thereafter.
If you didn't get any automated reply back, then it's possible you mistyped an email address to them if you sent it directly to them, and not through the help button. You might check that.......direct email would be support@ebid.net

I must admit I am extremely curious!! Although I have not sent very many questions/requests to support no matter how trivial my issues have been they get back quickly. Initially it is always the (I'm assuming) automated response supplying me with a ticket number as reference and letting me know they received my inquiry. Then a bit later a human response to my original inquiry.
Nothing bad can or should be said or implied about the support here. Support is phenominal!
