OH, doing Jury Duty, has left a note for me this morning asking if I will get some talc for his wig while he is in Chambers LOL. He's a card!

Off for a cup of tea with toast and marmite.

Do you know - I was never asked to do jury duty and neither was OH?? It's not likely to happen now - odd as I remember one of my work colleagues cursing as he had been called for a third time.Maybe they had me marked down as a big softie ...

I did my stint and I was surprised as I am not a UK citizen. But it seems that doesn't matter. Still it was interesting, I had 2 weeks off work and got a lot of reading done. I am just glad that it wasn't anything too complicated

My hands are aching a bit. Think I'm going to take a rest from typing much today. Currently running 1436 with 59 to relist = 1495. Two bombs in disguise.

I did a weeks jury service many moons ago . . . . the case was thrown out because the accused man hadn't been 'read his rights' by the policeman . . .. it was a child abuse case and there was uproar from the public gallery . . . not nice
