    Depends what age 'young' you are talking about.

    My first television was Watch With Mother, and my favourite from that was Rag, Tag, and Bobtail (link)

    Used to like Mr. Pastry, later Torchy, Twizzle, Supercar, Fireball XL5, Thunderbirds (seems Gerry Anderson pretty much raised me )

    Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, Captain Kangaroo and Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood. Oh and Sesame Street. PBS baby here.

    I got to watch the magic roundabout before dinner then bed. When i got a little older it was the gerry anderson shows and tomorrow people and follyfoot that were my favs
