Simple solution. Use box on lower left of invoice to explain how/why you altered invoice. Lots of space, so take opportunity to thank buyer, note how you applied discount, what their original invoice total was, total of discount you gave them, and how much $ they saved. ALL my sales are multiples, so leaving that message every time is just part of giving good customer service, and showing them the value of buying from me. I

This communication also keeps the customers coming back again and again. Multiple sales are very good, but so are repeat

And personally for me you're still only one as I know who selling vintage stuff and items which most of women selling on eBid and for that time:
She doesn’t sell on YDC to make own sales higher…
She doesn’t sell for buyers’ who buying from each other…
She doing in here exactly business which is supposed to do on auction site…
And top of that she don’t spend anymore much personal time writing all around for non auction stuff…
If anybody don’t believe can always check how this women doing business on auction site which is in this days’ even on eBay hard to sell that stuff…she still have sales similar to eBay sellers with similar items…

I'm not sure of how it works everywhere, but here in Florida sales tax is due on S&H as well as the sales price. It would also be included in the calculations for USE Tax on out of state sales.

I just saying my opinion for Delta…and all around how should be on auction site…is just my opinion…you have yours opinion for this matter…and that’s ok with me….it’s just opinions for both and that’s’ all…no big deal…
And in the end I hope you can understand what is opinion from someone and what is order…it is very big differences’…you can sell in any way you like and do on auction site what you like nobody order you nothing…but opinion from someone is just opinion and nothing else and don’t mean someone order you something…...

Nothing in my post indicated that you were doing anything but express your opinion.

I was referring to the assumptions made about other sellers.

That is....they sell in the YDC to increase their sales, sell only to other forum members and spend way too much time chatting instead of posting business related stuff.

This is MY opinion ....without making any sweeping statements or assumptions about seller motives.
