Angry This site is very complicated

I am not new to computers or web sites.
After I post an item in an auction I can't figure out how to see it online. . .There should be a view open auctions on the left toolbar.
Also when I list an auction I don't get the choice of start price, it only lets me sell buy it now.
Otherwise this site is such a great idea.
I use webstore and ebay. . .these are so easy and user friendly

    I don't understand your experience.

Could you retrace for me how it came about?

After I list an item I am taken to an unfamiliar page. . .Don't you think I should be taken to the listing after it is completed? instead of three steps to get back to where I was?
When I list an item the only choice I have for the price is buy it now. The starting bid/price option does nothing.

You have already had View your auction before you list,

so you don't need to view it again

The starting price is the first option I see, then the reserve price, then the buy now price, so I don't understand why you do not have starting price option

Click on "My eBid" at the top of the page. On the next page, over on the left, there are three options under the title "Selling". Select "Auctions I'm Running". You can sort these by several fields. When I've added several items, I choose "Start Time - Most Recent" to check them out.

You might want to look through "My eBid Dashboard" to check out the other possibilities.

To set the Starting Bid amount on an auction, make sure the little box under "BuyNow Price" is NOT checked. Then you can enter anything you wish.

After you've created a new listing, the next page that comes up has an option to go to the new auction.

Actually, I found eBid easy to use, but there is a learning curve. Just come here when you get stuck, and you'll find many people here are ready to help you out.

All I am trying to do is share my experience so far on this site.
I should be able to view my auctions after I list them, and I know there is a way because I did it once, but it was a three or four step process.
As far as the start price issue, I can click on it all day and it does nothing, same with the reserve. The only option I get is buy it now. I know that it should work, but it does not, and that is why I am writing this so I can get help.
    Thank you

You will only have the Buy Now option if your listings are RUS (Run Until Sold)

Am I going crazy? How do I have BIN if none of my items are RUS??? Most if not all my auctions are BIN and many, if not all, have a bid option. Be gentle..... I confuse easily.
    Ta-Ta for now!
