I managed to survive my two hour wait in a hospital waiting room today but still haven't caught up on all my work. Still at least the old soldier's eyes are doing very well for his age so that was good news.

Good morning! Time for a pot of tea, I think. And while I am boiling the kettle, I'll sort out the coffee. I just remembered that I wanted to list a jar of marmalade in the YDC. Now I will have to wait till next month! so somebody please remind me a bit nearer the time or I will forget again. And I got some things stacked for listing today. I would have started already, but Mil called and decided she was hungry. After 'the men played games with her' The mind boggles. I might just get a listing or two up before another interuption

Now I don't know if it's anything to do with joining the ranks of Google+ last week but I'm having to jump to battle stations more often. N. Ireland the day before yesterday, Italy yesterday, Essex today ! Could just be a coincidence I suppose but I shall have to keep an eye on that.

Don't worry Lieutenant Maplegin, Captain Jewels has been very busy as always. She was on a secret mission to go and give her doctor a right good rollicking the last I heard as they have been mucking her around again and you know she won't stand for that (I shall be issuing artillery ear protectors for the occasion )! Plus I expect Burns night has taken it's toll !
