Most entertaining to watch - the Galloping Gourmet but if I want a recipe to work then Delia!

When it comes to recipe books, I love the ones put together for charity. Every recipe is someone's favourite and they all work - it's even better when I know the people. Every time I make cheesecake, I remember my friend Pandy.

I have a charity cookbook on my shelf which reminds me of old and current friends - and a recipe involving an elephant....

Yeh, extra virgin olive oil (cold pressed) is healthier than butter. I love olive oil, but use it sparingly as I don't like oily food, don't care what kind of oil it is. Butter is better for you than margarine; all things in moderation. Love the taste of butter, do not have it often (maybe once or twice a year, and in very small amounts. Wish I did not care.
