I want you all to be doubly on your guard. I found Major Spaceman had managed to sneak under the wire and get into one of my shops. Luckily I managed to dissuade him from actually leaving with any of my precious listings but be on the lookout and make sure your defences are tight. You never know, if we impress him we might get a full day off at Christmas to celebrate.

Well, after the gale force winds and violent hail storms we had a nice gentle snowfall yesterday so I'm feeling a bit festive today. Thankfully it was just a light dusting and nothing like the conditions last year. I still think there's something fundamentally wrong when you get avalanche warnings for the city centre. Sending extra hugs down to Pte. Buttons to keep her warm.

I'm going to take a leaf out of Kpte. Meebo's book and do a bit of sewing today. I have some lovely Christmassy fabrics all the way from France so I'm going to make some hats to go into the crackers instead of the paper ones.


The figures are looking great but we're still 20,000 short of being 1 million over the moon. The bunnies would love an excuse to dance again.

Congratulations to everyone for going over the 5 million mark!! I would have been here earlier but I have been away, can't talk about it though, mums the word.

Also well done Captain Jewels, your powers of persuasion are INCREDIBLE! I hope you have instructed Sergeant Major Cornish on the techniques you used on me so she can start teaching the troops, it just goes to show even if the enemy manage to breach your defenses, all is not lost.

As for a full day off for Christmas, I DON'T THINK SO!, we need troops on guard duty at all times, any volunteers? If we can find two the rest can have the day off.

HQ just called, I have to return on the double, keep up the good work!

Well I knew Pam was devious I just didn't realise how devious.... She let me have a lie in this morning (until 10am) then came up to wake me, and told me there was a cup of tea down stairs.... So I came down and walked into the lounge AND her trap...... All the Yule decorations were there.... so guess who has spent the morning putting decorations up (apart from the Yule log which wont be put out until Yule morning)
