what does the green bar mean when browsing?

Just been browsing and noticed some listings have a green bar under them with a solid green square on the left hand end of the bar ..... what does this mean?

go on, tell me it's something really really obvious and I'm being a twit!

You're not alone at all...even I didn't know what the heck it meant on some of my listings, too!

of course if there was a little message when you clicked/hovered on the square to say slide to see more pics or similar,
