setting up new listing

Hi,
I haven't listed here for a long time and am finding many changes.
I'm trying to set up a new listing but keep getting the message that the category must be different from the main catergory -
which I don't understand.
Any helpful soul out there able to help please?

The Handmade Jewellery Shop : Bead Necklaces : All other necklaces

This would be shop, category and subcategory, I suppose.

it's so nice to see some of the old faces (not in years of course) still here - gives me hope, although it always was a great site for helpful friendly people it just lacked buyers........ fingers crossed things have improved
