I will not be able to participate with this affiliation because I am not willing to give out my SS (tax) details over the internet, it is far too risky.

Did not notice that in the application. Was the application more than 2 pages? That would be reason for concern with many if supplying that imfo were necessary.

Question - Does participation require provision of tax ID#?

This is what I get, in my email, from CJ once my application was confirmed (last paragraph):

Submit Payment and Tax Information:
In order to be eligible for a payment you must login to the CJ Account Manager and complete your payment information (Account>Administrative Settings>Payment Information); and your tax information by filling out and submitting one of our electronic tax certification forms (Account>Administrative Settings>Tax Information)

This would require transmitting tax imfo over internet. Wonder if they would be open to transmittal through the mail.

One of the banners for the US has a spelling error. Can that be corrected?
