Went back and checked the spelling and noticed it should have been Aynesley China. I plugged that in and the sellers 3 items came up.
I then tried searching for an incorrect spelling of Gibson guitars but spelled it Gibsen, nothing came up but several pages came up when I spelled it correctly.
Now I could be wrong but not everybody buying on line is a rocket scientist and most of the population are not tremendous spellers (me included). Had someone told me to check out Aynesley China and I would have typed in an incorrect spelling and received no listings OR SUGGESTIONS I would have assumed there were none for sale here on eBid.
I wanted to verify how the other sites treat mispellings and was able to find out neither spelling the seller has here is correct however suggestions were made as to what I might be looking for.
This may sound petty to some but I feel it's a big deal, especially to visitors new to the site and who may be used to typing in what they believe to be the proper spellings of items.
Can we work on this?
