Hope you can maybe get a little sunshine time in to help your mood.
I lay in bed thinking about things, got more and more stressed out and then i let fly before I got out of the bed, I can't take any more of the mess and things not getting done in this house, my husband is a hoarder and will not throw anything away and they seem to think its funny that the osteoporosis bone unit said all the floors must be kept clear, "ha ha look what would they say if they saw this lot", well it isn't funny anymore and i am really upset, I want my nice home back, I used to have a beautiful home till I let a man into it now it is a bashed up everything started and not finished slum.

Good morning troops, did you all miss me? Hmmmm, I must have gone temporarily deaf and missed the resounding chorus of yeses. I've found a wonderful diet. First you have to have a wee stay in hospital where they give you aversion therapy so you don't want their food then when they let you go you get a bad flare of dermatitis and lose the use of your hands and feet. It's amazing how much less calories you consume when you can't cook or, if someone has made you a meal, hold a fork or spoon. Pte. Meebo, could I have a double helping of pancakes, please, just to keep my strength up?

I heard that, Cpl. Somer and you'd better not have any reason to be feeling guilty.

I would ask if you'd all been behaving yourselves in my absence but don't bother lying - I've caught up with the going-ons here and while it's admirable that you all admit to your mistakes you should have been being good in the first place.

I hope you're all feeling not too bad today and are looking forward to a VERY busy day's listing to make up for the terrible drop. Pte. Buttons, try having a knit with some of your nice, new wool and see if that helps your mood. If not, I'll have to send Gustav round to see what he can do.

Hope you are okay captain, hospital food is enough to put anyone off food for life.
And another thing when you have bad hands as I have and you why do they insist in putting the tablets you need in blerdy bottles you can't open
I have been sitting here 10 mins trying to get a vitamin D out of a bottle, I need these to build stong bones it seems and the bottles to break my fingers

once you have the lid off, just put a piece of foil or plastic over the top and seal it with a rubber band.....a bit loosely so you can undo it.....but only if you don't have little kids around. Then the bottle should be sealed well. I have a hard time getting into some bottles, too.......
