I woke up in a stinking awful mood and I am still in it, so best if i dissapear for a bit

There are days like that, aren't there. I usually have to work up to that level...don't usually just wake up like that.........unless it's a carry over from the previous day. In which case I have probably obsessed about something through a sleepless night, then wind up tired and in a bad mood.....

Hope you can maybe get a little sunshine time in to help your mood.
