^ A buyer leaves feedback, what do you want to discuss, their feedback and reasons for leaving it, or eBid's email notification system? In the absence of any comms. along the lines of 'well I didn't really want to leave FB but I got all these emails', you would have to assume they knew what they were doing and were acting wilfully. Or are you some sort of technological determinist? It was the buyer that said 'No Comment', not the computer.
Anyway, these notifications are something I can't control, so where's the mileage in discussing them?
A) the discussing of a possible reason for the neutral feedback was perfectly in order until you gave a reason.
B) nor do we have any control over the UK economy, food prices, other auctions sites - so we should discuss them?
All everyone did is try and help and give possible reasons for your neutral feedbacks - and until now I had a certain amount of sympathy.
The fact that you have high fb on other sites is totallly irrelevant - this same scenerario could happen everywhere,
I now believe you were fortunate that the buyer was not to sort of person who gives negative fb, otherwise the situation could have a been a heck of a lot worse.
Note to self - increase bbl, and dont make any attempt to assist in stamp dealers questions in future.
have a nice day.
Did I read in the thread that Feedback reminders were sent out days after feedback was left? Can this be possible? I thought a reminder was to remind you to do something you haven't already done.
OK, look, sorry if I was a bit short about that, I just didn't want the topic to get drawn into a general discussion about eBid's feedback emails requests, that's all. As I say, I have no idea if the buyer left FB after getting emails, they never said that to me.
