I only got up at one o'clock, I can't stand much more of this heat, It is making me feel realy ill, and I also don't think the dairy diet that they want me to eat is doing for me, i feel all bloated and have no energy whatsoever.

It's just not my day today, the postman has been with a package ( don't know what) he must have knocked on the door with a feather as i have been in all day, so out Mike trots and gets in the car as i love parcels and was all excited and the dam battery is flat.....so no package for me so i am now going to sulk.
