He says his parcel hasn't arrived (hardly suprising really) he says he doesn't receive my e-mails (now I know why) and has lodged a complaint with paypal.
I fl I've done what I've been asked to do and I know from experience that poopal will refund him my money.
It's hardly enough money to get excited about but with poopal sticking their oar in I might has well be back on ebay.If I block new bidders (if such a thing is possible) I lose about 95% of what are already very low sales.
Maybe it's time to call it a day here,I can't think what else to do.
Care to pm me the id please ? Just wanna add it to my bbl (if there is any room left on it)

That is just part of selling on line, or any where.
I suppose you're lucky that none of your thirty sales have gone wrong.Newbies who provide loads of postal and e-mail addresses I can do without.

I would certainly request them to reconsider...........sorry about your problem with the buyer....doesn't sound fair.

While there's no tried-and-true way ot making sure our buyers shipping/email addresses are correct, I have the following blurb on all my listings:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct both on eBid and PayPal..thank you!

Not a surefire answer but it has helped avoid complications for the most part.

If I've had two different address - one eBid and one Paypal - I usually email to confirm which to send to. But as someone has already pointed out, aren't we supposed to mail items to PAYPAL registered address? And if that's the case, why are Paypal supporting the buyer when the OP is following THEIR rules? This only lets these lowlife scamming bastids continue taking peoples dosh!

explain everything to paypal, with full copies of the messages the sbuyer sent you with non-matching addresses as well. Did you send the items tracked? if so, check to see if they were signed for.

I get lots of sales to newbies, and dont have any issues.

After 'carefull consideration' and despite the so called buyer having two e-mail addresses and three seperate posting addresses and the package being tracked poopal found in his favour.
So as far as I know he has had the goods free.
I realise ebid is the innocent party (although so really am I) but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
I wish there was an alternative to poopal, google checkout doesn't cover some countries and like greedybay it's popular but only with buyers.
I'll just have to charge more for poopal payments to cover such losses.

Hmmm, this is a real sad story. I don't get it, how come if you ship an item to the PP registered address with DC and all, in this case PP finds in the buyer's favor. Strrrange.
