Switching from Tiscali to BT Broadband

All the gumpf has come from BT and he who should be helping me with all this as had to go into work

It looks pretty straightforward so should be able to do it all, but should I leave it to him for when he gets home tonight after I've gone to work? !

Think I'll finish my lunch 1st and read it all again

Oh I would definitely leave it for "he" after work, you are faaaaaaar toooooooooo busy just now. (pssst kettles on & cakies in the Seller in about an hour).

I'm still here - just read all the destructions and even if I got it all set up, the line wouldn't be activated until around midnight - so leaving it for him to play with

Took a week after changeover hour when my daughter did it.They had to come out and do something in BT box down the road.

Hubby worked his magic and did the changeover last night whilst I was at work Gather there were a few probs but mostly sorted now except:

The wireless printer will print, but not scan and I can't get my new BT Yahoo email to download into Outlook Express despite following all BT's instructions (both written and visual)

Can see he's going to be busy again tomorrow!
