    Default non paying buyer leaves neg feedback

    Hi all

    I've had a non-paying buyer to whom i sent 3 payment reminders and an invoice before leaving negative feedback. now he's negged me! He states that "it said item was sold" but Apart from the invoice and reminders i never emaied him at all. Is there anything i can do to reverse the neg and to claim back fees?

    Wonder what he/she means by ''IT'' told him item was sold?
    What exactly was ''IT'' ?

    Contact support@ebid.net with the auction number and I'm sure they'll help you get this cleared up.

    drop a line to support@ebid.net and explain to them the situation. They're the ones that can make any desision to remove negative feedback that has been left unjustly. They may even remove the non-paying buyer.

    Yes, ages ago on here, I had someone neg me twice for some DVDs not recieved. I replued to thier feedback with the tracking numbers that showed they had recieved and signed for the packages (!!!!) just to prove to anyone looking that I HAD sent them, and the HAD been recieved. They promptly messaged me that they had recieved the DVDs are all but refused to amend the feedback. I contacted Ebid support, and next thing, the buyer (who had, I saw, done the same thing to another seller at the same time) was removed from ebid.

    Well I had a bidder ( happyreader55) that bid on a watch and has not responded nor replied to any e-mails or paid the invoice, and the amount was 295.00. sure would have come in handy, being we were hit by a devastating tornado May 23rd. and now ebid fee's 5.00+ for that sale and a non paying bidder. what to do ? ? ? ?

    I've had the same - and the advice here is just right. I had a non payer who then gave me a negative after I had gone through the whole non paying bidder process. I contacted support, and they removed the negative within hours of me asking them too - excellent service.

    And as for your non payer, plusizeglamor, mark as non payment, give them a negative and then email support with the auction number. They'll reverse the charge, no problem.

    ebid's FAQs says that we should wait "reasonable" time before reporting the NPB to ebid. How long after the sale is reasonable according to ebid? And what if the buyer wants to cancel the transaction? Will I receive FVF back? Is cancelling possible at all?

    I wait 10 days and state that on all my item listings. I have had to file NPBs more than once and have had no trouble getting the FVF refunded.
