I asked a question of a seller, nudged them once so far. So, if I keep nudging them, their listings might be affected? I forget what the new policy is.

This is what the update said.
NEW - Failure to respond to 5 Q&A nudges will result in 24hr countdown to auction being removed.

I think eBid nudges them automatically once a day as far as I can remember ?

I think we have to do the nudging ourselves. Going by my past experience.

Four automatic nudges are sent, one each daily. To reach five you have to send a manual one. This does not appear to trigger the removal countdown though. Still investigating the finer points of the removal policy.
