Default Could someone do me a favour?

I was just wondering if someone would mind having a look at my about me page and a couple of auctions to see if they can see anything I've done wrong or left off them? I haven't knowingly done it but I notice in the forums that people point out stuff people have not got quite right in these areas and as I am starting off putting loads of stuff on I want to make sure I look as appealing as possible to buyers!

All constructive comments gratefully received :-)

    Many Thanks in advance.

Thanks very much, I hoped it was OK but I don't know the ropes here so I didn't really know! :-)

Hi, the only thing i think the experts may suggest is that you list your items on perhaps 10 days with 10 relists, run until sold leaves them at the bottom of the listings. with the relists, they move to the top and are likely to be viewed more.....just my opinion, i,m sure some one will give you a better idea than me. btw welcome to ebid

I find solid blocks of text without proper paragraph breaks impossible to read, and don't bother. So to cater for people like me, you might want to think about putting a bunch of breaks in both your listings and your about me page.

    I'm with Bykimbo

It is a well known fact that people don't read blocks of ALL CAPS and huge blocks of text.

    OP
I suppose what you mean when you ask for help really is "Why have not I sold anything yet?"

I think its great that you are on here, but I think plumbing supplies are probably a low purchase item on auction sites.
Most ebid buyers seem, to be into collectables and books etc, so you may just have to hang in there.
Make your listings as BIN for 7 days and 10 auto-relists and they will stay up for 70 days and you can then quicky re-list them.

The key for us all on selling on ebid is to stay for the long haul, ebid is growing very well at the moment.
More listings brings more sellers which brings more buyers.

Hi CWPlumbcentre. Great to have you on site. I think diversity is exactly what is needed and sellers like you are most welcome. I for one will be checking out your store in the future as I am a bit of a D.I.Y maniac. Anyway you will be glad to know that buy it nows appear when seached in Google, so a search for one of your items (Reginox RF301S L18 OKG) was on the first page of a google page. I think you could do with probably posting a few more item.
P.S if you used 'The other auction site' and you have feedback there it can be imported over here. Lost the page how do it though.

Some of your titles are missing vital keywords.

If I was looking for a new kitchen sink I'd probably start my search with the terms 'kitchen' and 'sink' (I might even go as far as to type 'steel') and then refine the search from there. Your 'Reginox Regidrain RL226S' may be absolutely perfect for me but it wouldn't come up in my search results.

CMEJewellery For all your jewellery needs.

    Beads 'n' Bobs For beads.

Charms 'n' Findings For charms and jewellery making supplies.

So that's a case of everything but the kitchen sink then

    (sorry)
