If a person is blackballed, can they still ask a question through a completed item that they won?

well if it is still in the aal then I would think yes.... but if you remove said item from the aal I dont know if you would get notified or not

I clicked on the link and it said the auction was deleted.

I thought if you BB'd someone they couldn't contact you, but I could be wrong...

It is not deleted, it closed over 75 days ago, and clicking the "click here" brings it back up except the picture

Doesn't make sense. If a listing has closed, how can a buyer know there was a listing in the first place let alone ask a question?

I have got a situation at the moment.

I have sold an item to a buyer, who is going to get blackballed for reasons I am not prepared to state. I need to prevent the buyer from asking me questions on random auctions but at the same time I don't want to stop them asking me a question on an auction they have purchased from me

Whether or not the Q&A still works, they have your email at that stage so they can get in touch anyway. I'd hope Q&A will still work, but let us know how the test turns out.
