Importing from Ebay

I have been selling on ebay for about 10 with over 12,000 feedback and want to know how the importing from ebay works

if you click on SELL top right it says import items from ebay. That might help

when I click on sell the only options I have is to pick a category and start price,etc.No option to import from Ebay.

No, any Seller account can use it.

I have just asked to have my imported feedback removed now that I have a few more than 10 eBid feedbacks...lol
