I wonder if identical titles...

They were not identical until a changed mine to be so. Working on the principle that Google Products had accepted the title from eBay so they must have classed it as valid in that format.

I've never been ignored, but I do get the occasional "passed to our design team", which is the verbal equivalent.

Actually just tried something after doing what I always tell others to do (read the available help files). It states that media may be rejected by Google if barcodes (and such) are not included. Have added that and tried again - will see what happens.

If it works, in a way I hope admin does ignore me this time or I will end up red faced.
