Thanks to everyone else who offered their assistance - Gill, Her Majesty and Astral. Rest assured I'll be giving all these a try at some point to find which I'm most comfy with (or TBH, the easiest for me!). This will be at a later date because these pages are taking AGES to load tonight - and that is doing my head in too! Don't know if the prob is with eBid or my browser. Everybody and their dug told me that Firefox was FAR better than Internet Explorer. Yeah? Well, from a personal point of view, I have had far more problems in the past few months I've been running Firefox than in all the years I used IE! I am seriously thinking of returning to the IE fold!

Oh - and also a very BIG thank you to MINX who put my pics on her post to try to help me. She also offered to plug my pics with her own if I couldn't get my problem fixed! That's what I call generous!

Oh my! I've just noticed a major "boo boo" with my listings! The "reserves" on two of my items is WRONG! What can I do, please? I had some probs when I was listing and was messing about a lot. Messed about a bit too far, methinks. Anyway - what can I do, if anything? The two items in question both have bids on.

I didn't think YDC items were meant to have reserves? I suppose though if you are not entering the YDC competition with the 99p start rule then it doesn't matter. Best to check with Vonz.
If you have made an error then the only thing to do is blackball your customers to remove the bids restart your auctions and then unblackball them.
