Well the file was empty like I had paid for a blank piece of paper. Well I contacted the seller through PayPal asking for a refund as I didn't get the program file due to the file they sent being empty. The seller refused the refund stating that I paid for what I get. So I complained stating that I paid for a service to which I had not received. Then I decided to escalated it on 17th and let PayPal decide the outcome as it seemed the seller was not going to refund. I have received notification from PayPal and this is what was said
So thank you PayPal
