    Default New User Please Help

    I have today registered a new account with ebid fed with Ebay fees so was told to come here the problem is as follows i created my account listed an item paid for 7 day seller access went to log back into my ebid and was told i need to upload documents to confirm identity i am unable to upload all the documents they are asking for as i do not have them i have opened a ticket with no response will someone please get in contact with me from ebid to sort this out and if you are going to refuse me membership then refund the monies i paid for seller+ account

    Welcome to eBid.

    If you got the automated response, please give them a bit of time. eBid has a small staff, but you WILL hear from a real human being who will help you out.

    The first bit of advice I got when I joined eBid was "patience". It has paid off, so hang in there.

    Hi Mark, I am a newbie too. I have just looked and I can see your item listed for sale. When I joined, and because I also had an expensive item, I was asked for verification too. This is a good thing I think - it protects everyone.
    I couldn't scan everything they asked for either - so I offered what I COULD - and these were accepted and I've had no problems since.
    A temporary glitch. Nothing more than that. Easy to sort out. Best Wishes & I hope you get lots of sales.

    Agree 110% with the above, support has always been very responsive to my inquiries, usually within 24 hours and very good about sorting things out. Patience is key.

    Hi neighbour (Torquay/Plymouth). I'm another newbie of less than two weeks, and I can't praise eBid enough (so far!) from the ease of running the listings, to the support from staff and other ebidders. I even received the T-shirt less than 48 hours from sending my request email! So I hope the initial problems are soon sorted and you get on with building your business. Good luck.
