When I came to live in the Midlands 20 years ago, it took an age to conquer the dialect in some parts. Was always told the way to talk was in a sing songy voice and they say it as it sounds so in the pub it's: droi ma teeny, Ginnan Loim, Droi Woit Woin or a pile ile.
Kimbo would have to say: Gorenny ma moit crisps? The rest of us would ask for Sultan Vinniga, Smowkay Bycon, Chickin or pline.
A "twitten" - common in Brighton. Sussex word meaning an (old) alleyway usually between two buildings!

marmite?
I'm trying hard to come up with something but I grew up in the US Midwest and to my recollection, there was very little colorful speech. Maybe certain areas who say CRICK for a small river (creek). When I was old enough to know better but didn't, i told an older friend i was building a cathouse (for a PET). He thought that was pretty funny.
