I created the invoice, hit the Print Invoice button, and got my printer queue message, but behind it, I saw that the postage was gone. I retried it, but I cannot get a decent printout either for my permanent records or to send to the buyer as a delivery slip.
Also, I want to send an invoice with a note attached as confirmation of payment. Unlike some other sellers I do want to do this, as I think it is a professional approach and I want customers to appreciate that. Back in January I was advised to check my PayPal settings to avoid it overwriting the eBid invoice. I did this at the time and this is the first sale I have had since then (you're not supposed to reset this before every blessed sale, are you???). The problem of incorrect or no postage is still there.
Can somebody please give me some serious advice to solve this, that knows about UK invoices, because I am now fed up with looking like a dork who can't get a simple invoice right. I am sure most of my potential customers are exFeeBay meaning they are used to accurate invoices and they want to use PayPal.
thanks! Rob
