Default I'm about to become a non paying bidder

Sorry, but why should I chase up a seller, so that I can pay him?

I bought, then e-mailed for an invoice and am still waiting.

I've gone off having the item now.

And on another item, I'm still waiting for a refund. I've filed a complaint with Paypal, so I may get my money back.

Item was faulty~seller didn't reply at first because she was on holiday. Then I posted it back to her and now no reply again, even thro promised a refund.

On the other hand I've had two brilliant sellers, who posted straight away and the items were well packaged.

Don't we need a system so that we know who is around to sell, invoice and actually post their goods?

Perhaps an ID could be hi-lighted, if the seller has logged in within the last 3 days, or at least the ID of those who have not logged on, have some sign next to it, so we know before bidding.

They are a new buyer used pppay.com and need to do a penny check with them to validate the card they use, before I can have the money. Bought on 3rd May noticed they have just received neg comment a couple of days ago so not holding my breath. What bugs me is that they have marked item as paid but in actual fact it isn't

How is it that a 'buyer' can mark an item as paid...or did you mean the 'seller' ??

No it is marked as paid by the buyer, I think it is done automatically when they press a payment button even though the payment has not gone through

Well, in my opinion, that is just plain WRONG! Seems some tweaking of the system needs to be done...yikes!

I wonder if it is the fact that we get a letter from Paypal saying it is paid that is causing the mix up...they say , buyer has paid , then you check your account...???? it is not the buyer who sends info about payment...
but as excess says...if you do buy something...and ASK for an invoice...the seller should get on with their side of the deal....if not , then forget about it , complain to the powers that be...why should you have to wait until it comes up their back to do something...but saying that , |I do think I would wait a couple of days.....papa.

    pppay is just too complicated.

I had an order last week, pppay payment half made, then they simply contacted eBid to delete their account without letting me know. So when I clicked on their username it said user not found. Needless to say, they have not penny checked their pppay account & doubt they will

Isn't that already in place? Top left hand side under store banner ABOUT THIS STORE - if you click on that, you'll see when the seller last tended their store!
