I would like YDC to become global (No YDC UK / YDC USA etc)
I would like it to stay as YDC UK / YDC USA
I would like YDC auctions to all have the country in the title even those that are not UK or USA

Here's my take on it:
I listed my charity auctions without the USA attached and received no bids which is quite unusual for me. Round about the Wednesday/Thursday date, I decided to add the USA to my title - Hey presto, all 3 of my auctions suddenly had bids within hours.
So, for me, I will stick to using USA in my titles.

Sounds reasonable to me.
I've not said that people are to stop using country initials within the title.
All I have done is say that as from YDC76 then only 1 winner will be nominated each month.
The only concern that I have not addressed (nor plan to in the near future) is that auctions that state initials within a title may put people off from bidding on face value if they are outside of that country, even though shipping may be there for all countries. I don't think it's my concern or place to tell anyone what can/cannot be within a title, nor to which countries that they should / should not ship to
Yes I and most of us on the forums know that if an item is not shipping to a country then it will not show on them countries, but people who are new to YDC & eBid for that matter may not know this.

I have listed both ways; more lately I've included USA in my titles. When in comes to bidding I bid on what I want, and to support a particular cause. Two of the three items I won in YDC76 did not come from the USA. However, because our numbers are so few, which has been mentioned, I believe maintaining some semblance of a USA identity would be helpful.

I've sold my YDC items to people in both the UK and the US. I've only purchased from sellers in the US, but that's because I got outbid on UK auctionsand the total with postage would have broken my budget if I had gone any higher.
When I list I don't expect to "win". The charities win, and that's what really matters. I didn't vote in the poll because I don't have a strong feeling either way.
I hope this doesn't cause bad feelings among eBid people. The YDCs are fun, they're for good causes, and it would be a shame if they were to spoil the good relations people usually have on these forums.
