Thread: Billing and invoice

  1. #1

    Default Billing and invoice

I just checked and I have an invoice for $149.13. I wanted to question some of the charges and why they occured since I have a seller + lifetime membership. I have sold one item to date and can't keep up with this invoice amount if it is to occurly monthly. Can someone lead me to the right person who can help me with this.

    Thanks.

Any fees, and what they were for, will be listed at My eBid > My Options > My eBid Fees.

I do observe you are running a lot of Featured listings. They are going to cost you.

Just had a quick look at your listings & the first 40 odd are featured,if they're on auto relist that could account for a lot.

That's what I meant. I count 50 in total - some of which were started as Front Page listings and some that have highlighting (and maybe other extras I haven't spotted). Some also appear to be on a 7 day run so, if auto-relisting, the Featured fee is going to be charged weekly.

Quite feasible that the stated fees could be accumulated on what I have seen. Looks like the OP has totally failed to appreciate what fees they were incurring with their listing choices.

You may want to relook at your listings. Sometimes the choices we make in the options, can really add up. In the mean time, re-check the invoice aginst each of your auction choises, if you still question some charges, contact support. Good luck.

Oh sh.......t. All fo the above comment is correct. Do I need to changed each one indiviudally to stop these charges? I did not realize that they incur with each repost. Plus I was hoping to have a sale before they are due for repost.
