    lettuce seeds[behave]
    tuva day,did afew extra as not all may geminate
    they only all gone n geminated now i got 120 o the beggars thru

    My daughter has planted numerous kinds of sweet corn some peas, sunflowers carrots all sorts she wants us to be self sufficient, yea I dont mind oh yea she has potatos growing too

    Let me know how she gets on with corn on the cob - Ive never had much success with it.

    The idea with sweet corn is water it everyday, other wise when it grows & you cook it, it never goes soft stays hard, got that from my 90 yr young grandfather. We grew sweetcorn a few years back and thats how we found out about watering EVERYDAY !!

    My daughter is starting the seedling thingies, all types of veggies, everything is coming in, now we have to wait a few more weeks to be safe, we sometimes get a late freeze. My garden is already coming along, I do mostly perrennials, different herbs, mints, roses and assorted other types. I love gardening.

    got most of my flower seeds planted
    and some potatoes in a tub, got a lovely lot last year....did carrots and onions, radish and a few otherveg all in tubs last year, and pea pods love picking them and eatin them......will remember to water the sweetcorn daily
